DNA Extraction/Serum/Plasma

Just a short query about the protocols available for isolating genomic DNA
from blood plasma and serum samples. The DNA is to be used for
microsatellite PCR.
If anybody has a robust and reliable protocol for doing either I would be
grateful if you could E-mail me or post it this newsgroup.
