To Pichia or not to Pincha??

Netpeople,

Have I missed a decent discussion of the merits/demerits of this system? I
have several VERY heavily glycosylated glycoproteins that I wish to express
with a near "natural" glycosylation as I can get. I won't get enough protein
from a vaccinia system so it seems baculovirus or picha are my choices. Any
comments on the relative glycosylation abilities of the two systems, ease of
use, yiels etc would be appreciated and summarised for the record.
