REGARDING WANTED: Bombproof Anchor PCR I'm looking for an anchor PCR protocol that works well. I've tried Clonetech's kit and some of my own strategies based on the literature, but have met with little success. If anyone has such a method and could pass it along, I'd be grateful. Thanks. Steve.
