Hi everybody, I have to quatify in vitro synthesized RNA for oocyte injection. I have tried to take OD, but numbers, I am getting look very inaccurate. Do you have any suggestions (besides comparing intensity of bands in agarose gel) for very fine measurement of amount of nucleic acides? thank you in advance hynek wichterle (jpalek at opal.tufts.edu)
