Hi ! I am looking for a restriction map or a reference paper of lambda gt6. This lambda pahge vector is used as a part of lambda YES vector (P.N.A.S., 88:1731-1735, 1991), a cDNA expression vector for the isolation of genes by comlementation of mutations of E. coli and Saccharomyces cerevisiae. I would be grateful if someone let me know the map or the reference of lambda gt6.
