We isolate PCR products using the QIAquick-spin PCR Purification Kit of
Qiagen. Then we do the sequence reactions with an AppliedBiosystems
Dye-terminator Sequencing Kit (for an automated sequencer) with one of the
primers also used for the PCR. This works fine.
