Cre recombinase clones (with text?)?

My apologies for my earlier posting in which the text seemed to have
failed to reach the newsgroup.

I am looking for a plasmid with the cre-recombinase, preferably as a
convenient cassette for transfer into eukaryotic expression vectors.
If it is already under the control of a ubiquitous promoter that would be
handy as well.  Are these available commercially?  I look forward to any
responses.
