Detection of SV40largeT and Amonioglycosid-phosphotransferase

Hi, everybody!

I want to know if it's possible to detect expression of SV40 large-T-
antigen and Tn5 encoded Aminoglycoside-Phosphotransferase in transfected
cells without using antibodies or radiochemical-labelled subrates.
