We need a simple spectrophotometer which does well with mcro-volume cuvettes (50-250 ul) and reads at 260, 280 and visible. I don't think the ubiquitous "Shimatsu" is the best bet as I don't need the screen and other capabilites for $6000. Anyone happily reading small volumes on a mid-priced spec ? Thank much, Jim J.
