Isolating monocytes from peripherla blood?

We need to isolate monocytes from peripheral blood. Is there any method
that are good to use? We've read about the density gradients from Gibco
and Accurate Chemicals. They seem easy to use but only recover about 60%
of the monocytes. Is there any other methods people routinely use? Thanks.
