cDNA library methods -plants

Please e-mail or  fax methods for isolating RNA and making cDNA libraries 
from plants.

I am started a collection of methods to share with others and test on a 
variety of plant species. All methods will be shared with credit given to 
author and permission to publish will be requested before use.
