You can get the vector you describe, less the drug marker (you'll have
to clone that in yourself) from Manfred Gossen in the Botchan lab in
the Dept of Mol. and Cell Biol. at the University of California,
Berkeley.  See Bonin, A., M. Gossen and H. Bujard, 1994, Gene,
141:75-77 for a description of the vector.
