Tobacco libraries.

I know of two - One that was made here and has been succesfully used. Produced
with mRNA from the time of floral induction - full details available if you
want.

Second one is a tobacco cell culture cDNA library which was made by Bert Van der
Zaal in Leiden, Netherlands - can give you address if you want.
