Thermal Cyclers

	Maybe the most serious problem with Peltier system termocyclers 
happens when it has to reduce the block's temperature in a warm romm 
(lab), because it has to do it with a fan system (while PE's machines make 
this based on the gas-compressing system).
	I don't know how it is out there at Houston, Texas (Hi, Carlos), 
but here in Brazil (40oC, summertime at Rio), things can get 
really serious if you don't have a climatized room for your equipments.
