In vitro Transcription/Translation

    Hi;
           
          I'm looking for an in vitro transcription/translation 
kit. I like to express  Ig H and L genes. I would like to lable each peptide
with a differnt lable(35S Met & 14C Leu for example). I would appretiate any
comment on what kit? what lables? and IS there any preferance for having a 
eu or prokaryotic system?
          Finally I know promega has a TnT coupled reticulocyte lysate system,
anybody has a comment on this system?
