Short changed by USB...Taquence sequencing kit

Beware:

I just opened a new Taquence sequencing kit (cat. no. 71060 from USB) and 
both the ddA (Taq dG) and dGTP Lab. Mix tubes were both empty.

The woman to whom I spoke at USB, Patty, says they have been having trouble 
with their tube filling machine and this kit sometimes ships with empty 
tubes.

USB are replacing the missing tubes but refused to replace the whole kit.

Anyone know of any *reliable* vendors of Taq sequencing kits?
