Agrobacterium DNA

Thanks to all who posted or emailed regarding my sequencing problem.  It 
was indeed because I clamped the bottom of the gel. 

I'm going to be cloning into the agrobacterium vector pBI101.  I've got 
some basic references about working with agro, etc, but I was wondering 
if anyone had any tricks or hints to offer regarding plasmid minipreps.  
I've heard that yields are low.  Any tips would be appreciated.
