For running micro-capillary tube reactions in the Idaho Technology, Inc.
Air Thermo-cycler 2.5% Ficoll 400 and 1 mM tartrazine are included in the
reaction so that you can directly load the sample into electrophoresis
wells. 500 ug/ml BSA is also included to prevent surface denaturation.
