lyticase

I was wondering if anyone knows whether or not Lyticase requires Mg++.
My guess is that it   does.  I am extracting a surface antigen from an
organism, as well as prepping genomic DNA from the same cells.  The
protein extraction requires an overnight incubation at 37C, and I KNOW
that isn't good for my subsequent DNA yield so I would like to help uot as
much as possible perhaps with some EDTA.
