chicken lysozyme

Dear netters,

I am looking for a plasmid carrying the cDNA clone encoding the functional 
and structural units of chicken lysozyme. The sequence was originally 
published by Jung, Sippel, Grez and Schutz, 1980, PNAS, 77:5759-5763 and has 
the following  Genbank identification code: GGLYS1.

Any help in locating this clone would be greatly appreciated.
