calcium-phosphate transient transfections

We have had a problem with our usually very successful transient
transfections, they no longer work, we are back to square -1 trying to get
them to work. The PH has been checked and rechecked, now we are trying 3
different PH's, the calcium phosphate is new, the Dna is clean what other
nuances am I missing in my quest?
