Dear Netters, We are about to make cDNA libraries with the hope of using them to eventually make subtracted libraries. Does anyone know of a a kit that has a good reputation; or does anyone have a favorite primary ref (ex., Methods in Enzymology) that they have used? Thanks for the help.
