A few people have asked about the purification of hydrophobic proteins. I have tried isolating hydrophobic proteins from solutions and found that the large pore SPE phases irreversibly adosrb these proteins. Does anyone know of a Solid Phase Extraction (SPE) bulk support that is non-porous? Carl Weatherell
