dsDNA site mutations

Has anyone out there used a site-directed mutagenesis kit 
which works with dsDNA (plasmid) not phage.  I believe 
Stratagene makes a kit.  I would like to know how 
well they work before I sink in some time and money (not 
specifically in that order).  I thank you in advance for 
your response.


Sorry Jim, but I think I'll go with the kit this time.
