Has anyone out there ever recovered plasmids from strains of H. influenzae? I am having trouble finding plasmids using routine preps that work great with E. coli, Salmonella, etc. If you have a technique that works I would like to hear from you. Thanks in advance. Pat Ezekiel Moor
