Bis tris propane ?

        Dear Netters

        Does anybody here already use BIS TRIS PROPANE at pH 9,5 (maximum
pH value) in enzymatic reactions ? Or does anybody know a buffer species
permitting enzymatic reactions at such a high pH ?
