lambda vector map- charon 4

[Dr. Chihara]

We were wondering if there is a difference between charon 4 and 4a in
restriction sites.   Maniatis shows a map of 4A and the reference for
our old -  old library says charon 4. Since we find anomalies with one
of our enzymes we wondered if there was a difference between these two
vectors.  Any help will be much appreciated.
