Does anyone have experience transfecting COS cells with the Gibco products, LipofectAMINE, Lipofectin or LipofectACE ? I have been using DEAE-Dextran and electroporation but I only obtain about 10 % transfection (according to B-gal staining). If anyone has a good protocol for any of the above, I would be very happy to hear from you. Thanks in advance Val Snewin --
