dsDNA site mutations

Todd-I've had a lot of luck with Clontech's mutagenesis kit, 
"Transformer". It is based on disrupting a site within the parental
clone to eliminate any non-mutated background, and it relies solely on 
T4 DNA polymerase, thus eliminating the disadvantages of PCR.  I
haven't tried Stratagene's kit, but it is more $$.  email me if you
want more info.
