Problems with synapsys

 dear all
        I was very interested by a few messages from Synapsys at the
beginning of the year.They sell a good luciferase vector and I faxed an
order form on january,18th for VC-syncat & pflash vectors. But I got no
response till now. I tried to reach them again by E-mail
(synapsys at world.std.com) but again, nothing. Can somebody help me. Did they
