Transposon mediated deletion, Gibco Deletion fasctory

What do you think about the Deletion factory system from Gibco BRL?  I have 
been using it for sequencing a large clone.  The counter-clockwise deletion 
works fine, but I could not get enough clones from the clockwise deletion 
transformation.
