DNA isolation from blood

G'day,

Does anyone have a quick and reliable method for isolating genomic DNA from
blood (mammalian) that is suitable for PCR ??? I've seen dirty methods in
Biotechniques where you add blood directly the the PCR reaction but I need
something alittle cleaner.

Any help or pointers greatly appreciated.
