Sequencing gel combs (leakage)

I have found that loading a little pure blue dye into every fifth
lane sets up a block that stops the leak. The other four must be
loaded fairly fast, but as the second lane hits the bottom of the well
(being fully dense) it shoves the leakage up against the comb, where it
does no damage to the resulting autorad.
