I am thinking of using either thiopropyl Sepharose 6B or activated thiol sepharose 4B to purify a protein containing approx. 6 cysteine residues. Purification must be done under non-denaturing conditions. Feedback from any one who has tried these methods would be appreciated. blesley at welchlink.welch.jhu.edu
