Dear Bioneters I am working on LINEAR plasmid from Borrelia. This organism has several linear plasmids with telomeric end (hair pin loop) like higher organisms . dose anybody knows more about or working with this linear plasmid ? i would like to discuss about it ? thank you Ali at biobase.aau.dk
