Detecting Psoralen Crosslinks?

Does anyone know of a sensitive method (more sensitive than a simple
alkaline gel) for detecting the presence of a psoralen crosslink?  The
crosslink will always be in the same place, when it is present.  I'd like
to be able to detect if less that 1% of my molecules have crosslinks.
