Need to use RNAse for RT-PCR ?

	We wish to amplify (by PCR) a fragment using cDNA as template. The 
cDNA was produced by reverse-transcribing total RNA. Is there any 
neccessity to use RNAse H on the template cDNA ? How might the RNA 
interfere with the PCR reaction ?
