Inhibitor of glucosidase I and II

Has anyone come across site-specific inhibitors of the oligosaccharyl
processing enzymes glucosidase I and II, especially inhibitors that will
only inhibit glucosidae I but not II and inhibitors that will inhibit
glucosidase II but not I? Just wondering ...
