Did you happen to put your exposure cassette next to another which had
someone's library/colony screens in it. Radiation comes out the back of
cassettes so if the two cassettes are back to back and one of them contains
something very hot and spotty it will also expose the film in your Northern
cassette. This would explain the appearance of spots everywhere on your film.
