Perkin Elmer Inc.  (was Applied Biosystems) supply four dye sequencing instruments.

I run a DNA sequencing service using the ABI 373 machine, it works very well
although not the cheapest machine to purchase and operate.

If you are interested, our rates are £35 per clone and you should be able
to see 400-450 bases.
