Hi there,

I want to get a 9mer oligonucleotide 5'-end hot labeled. I will use 
this oligo as one strand of an adapter. I was wondering someones out 
there have any experiences on that, particularly, 1) how to purify 
labeled oligo from labeling reaction, and 2) that if I use unpurified 
oligo to make my adapter, what is the effect on subsequent ligation?
