HA epitope tag problems

We have used both the HA and myc tags sucessfully.  In our hands the myc
tag is great at IP but not western.  The HA tag has not given problems. 
However, some yeast researchers her have had your problem, and in the
saccharomyces field they  had found examples of concatemerizing the tag to
4 or 5 copies to get it to be functional with certain proteins.
