G'day from queensland again, Does anyone know if there is a Vero, COS or human cell line expressing T7 RNA polymerase. If so do you know who has it and whether they're willing to part with it!! If such a cell is available in australia it would make things even easier. Thanks for any replies, Alistair Forrest (PhD student).
