I am using a c-terminal c-myc tagged constuct that is a membrane protein.  
Has anyone immunoprecipitated a c-terminal c-myc tagged membrane 
and did you have any problems?  How about if the tag is close to the 
membrane and how did you circumvent any problems with immunoprecipitation?
