MDBK electroporation

Hi!

Would anyone out there care to share conditions, parameters, and/or
experiences on the electroporation of Madin-Darby Bovine Kidney (MDBK)
cells?  Such information would be very helpful.  I am currently trying to
optimize electroporation using transient transfection with a lacZ carrying
plasmid as a measure of transfection efficacy.  I am using the Invitrogen
electroporator II.
