I am planning a set of mobility shift and foot printing experiments using purified commercially prepared Sp1. Promega sells it but has a strange fpu foot-printing unit. How much protein is in a foot-printing unit and where else is purified Sp1 available. All related tips appreciated. Thank you in advance. David Nelson
