Dear Marcelo: Since I don't have the 1994 catalog of IBI, I think pIBI30 is a derivative of either pIBI20/21 or pIBI24/25. If it is so, pIBI30 carries an Ampicillin resistant gene (or beta-lactamase gene). Hope this helps. AQB
