Has anyone out there tried to use the mermaid kit from Bio 101 to purify oligos dirrectly from the cleave and deprotect reagents? (conc. ammonium hydroxide solution?) If this could work it would be a lot faster thatn drydown and hplc or other methods. thanyk you for your responses. Jim Jurgenson @UNi.edu
