EZ-COMP kit experiences?

G'day netters,

Anybody out there used the EZ-COMP competent cell kit from 5'-3'?

It sounds too good to be true, just take cells off a streak plate, suspend in 
the EZ-COMP buffer and add DNA...  They claim 10^6 transformants/microgram.

Of course they won't tell you what's in it.

Any info you might have gratefully received.
