cDNA library construction kits

				I would like to make a cDNA library from a fungus I study.  Many kits
exist for the isolation of mRNA and the subsequent synthesis of cDNA
necessary for library construction.  Any comments about your experience
with any of these commercial kits or thoughts about their relative merits
would be greatly appreciated.
